WongTech ships glucose monitoring products and selected health devices from China to customers in supported countries and regions.
Order Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed and the order information passes our verification checks.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping from China usually takes 8-15 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs inspection, flight availability, local carrier delays, holidays, weather, remote-area delivery, or incomplete address information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated by destination country/region and package weight. The first 1 kg is charged according to the table below. Each additional 0.5 kg adds US$4.50.

Shipping Address and PayPal Orders
For payment security and PayPal seller protection requirements, we ship to the address provided at checkout and/or shown in the PayPal transaction details. If an address change is needed before shipment, we may cancel and refund the order and ask you to place a new order with the correct address.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, we will add the tracking number to your order record and/or send it by email. Please allow time for the carrier tracking page to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, import taxes or other local charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer?s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. We cannot control customs decisions or guarantee that customs will not delay a shipment.
Unsupported Destinations
If your country or region is not available at checkout, we currently do not offer automatic shipping rates to that destination. You may contact us before ordering to ask whether a manual quotation is possible.
Medical and Regulatory Notice
Some products may be subject to local product, customs, prescription, import or professional-use rules. Customers are responsible for confirming that the product can be legally imported and used in their country or region.
