Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with WongTech. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, replacements and order issues for cross-border orders shipped from China.
Return Window
You may contact us within 14 days after delivery to request a return for eligible items. To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in resalable condition, unless the return is due to a product defect, damage in transit or our shipping error.
Medical and Hygiene-Related Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used glucose monitoring products, sensors, electrodes, accessories that contact the body, and other medical or health-related items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or required by applicable consumer law.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos or video of the issue, the package label, and a description of the problem. After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the situation.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Opened, used or contaminated medical, hygiene or body-contact products.
- Products missing original packaging, labels, accessories or manuals.
- Items damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, improper storage or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
- Products returned without prior approval or to the wrong address.
- Clearance, customized or special-order items unless defective or required by law.
Return Authorization
Please contact us before sending any product back. We will provide return instructions if the request is approved. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is caused by our error, a wrong item, or a confirmed product defect, we will provide a reasonable solution. For change-of-mind returns or customer ordering mistakes, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, customs charges and any related fees unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. It may take 5-10 business days for your bank, card issuer or payment provider to post the refund. Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes and payment processing charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before an order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot usually be cancelled and must follow the return process.
