We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if the product is unavailable, the address is incomplete, the transaction appears high risk, or the order cannot be fulfilled legally or safely. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Prices, Currency and Taxes

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, product availability and shipping rates may change without prior notice. International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes and local charges, which are the customer?s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Payment

Shipping

Orders are shipped from China. Normal processing time is 3 business days, and estimated standard delivery time is 8-15 working days after dispatch. Delivery may be delayed by customs, carrier operations, holidays, weather, remote-area delivery or incorrect address information.

For PayPal orders and fraud-prevention reasons, we ship to the checkout/payment transaction address. If the address must be changed, we may cancel and refund the order and ask you to place a new order with the correct address.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Medical, hygiene and body-contact products may have return restrictions once opened or used.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
